Jan Braai, the legend of the fire, has brought his passion for quality and flavour to coffee. Together, we’re proud to launch Jan Braai Koffie, a single-origin Arabica coffee from the Costa Rican highlands. It’s sweet, smooth, and low in acidity – just the way Jan likes it.
Jan’s been friends with Bootlegger founders Pieter, De Waal and Antonie for 30 years and a regular since day one. From being one of the first customers at our Regent Road store to making Bootlegger Bakoven his go-to after cycling rides, Jan has been part of the Bootlegger family for years. His coffee is a tribute to that loyalty, and now it’s yours to enjoy.
