We hosted the ladies from Ceremony South Africa, Run for Coffee SA and Aurora Wellbeing recently at Bootlegger XS - Sea Point, Cape Town.
It was a great gathering that started with a social run and concluded with post-workout Matcha and our famous banana bread.
