Great machine, thoughtful design. Good pressure for a fairly good brew. The downsides; the water tank cover is sometimes difficult to fit and tighten, with hot water inside, the cover should fit effortlessly to avoid hot water splashes on the one's hand. The coffee is not as hot as I personally would wish. This is not a deal breaker.

My husband loves it. Thank you.
My opinion is that one needs to warm up milk in microwave or elsewhere otherwise one would have cold coffee.
Too many pieces to clean.
